Meet Ben Blanton
Owner/Operator - Proscape Property Service
Ben’s interest in landscaping started at a young age. At just 12 years old, he began mowing lawns in his neighborhood using his father’s equipment, quickly discovering a passion for the work and the satisfaction that came from helping homeowners improve their properties.
By the age of 13, he had saved enough to purchase his first vehicle and was already thinking bigger about what the future could hold. After high school, Ben worked for a local landscaping company where he gained hands-on experience and learned the industry from experienced mentors.
In 2023, he founded ProScape Property Services with the goal of providing reliable, practical landscaping solutions homeowners could trust. In 2024, ProScape acquired ProTurf LLC, expanding its reach beyond Fuquay-Varina and into the greater Raleigh area.
Today, Ben and the ProScape team provide full-service lawn maintenance packages along with customized landscaping solutions for properties of all sizes.
ProScape Property Services was built to fill the gap between traditional landscaping companies and general home service providers. The goal was simple - give homeowners one trusted company they can call for landscaping, maintenance, and a wide variety of exterior property services.
While landscaping remains the primary focus, ProScape continues to grow its service offerings to make caring for and improving your property easier than ever.

Ben is very responsive via text and email, which makes communication easy. He comes on the same day each week and runs a consistent, reliable schedule. I especially like that he already has a thoughtful plan in place for leaf management this fall when the City of Raleigh stops its leaf collection program.
